                Project Summary:
             Located in Riverside Park Cove this project was 
         constructed as part of the City of Hartford 
       Riverfront Recapture Initiative. The boathouse, 
     a two story building with boat storage on the 
    lower floor includes toilet rooms, locker facilities, 
  and a multi-purpose room that serves as space for community gatherings and private functions on
 the upper level. This uniquely designed structure allows for the seasonal flooding without impact on
the buildings Mechanical and Electrical systems. BJFW was responsible for the mechanical, electrical,
plumbing and fire protection design of this facility.
