Loureiro Contractors, Inc. (LCI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of LEA,
formed in 1990 to provide site remediation and environmental cleanup services.
In January 2000, LCI's services were expanded to include site work, underground
utilities, heavy and highway construction, and demolition to complement its
remediation services. At the same time, LEA/LCI began offering comprehensive
design-build services. Our experience ranges from small-scale site utility projects
to large complex multimillion dollar remdiation projects. LCI's staff includes
engineers, construction managers, estimators, union operators and laborers, and
support staff. LCI's bonding capacity is in excess of $10 million.
Services offered by LCI include the following:
• Municipal water, wastewater, and storm water construction
• Underground utility construction
• Site work for commercial and industrial development
• Heavy and highway construction
• Landfill and surface impoundment closures
• Contaminated soil excavation and transportation
• Construction and operation of groundwater remediation
and containment systems
• Construction and operation of a variety of soil remediation systems
• Contaminated sediment removal and capping
• UST installation and closures
• Building demolition
In addition to traditional construction services, comprehensive design-build services are provided for a wide variety of
projects using the combined resources of LCI and its parent corporation, Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. (LEA).
The unique One Team unity between our design and construction operations offers many advances to our clients.
