Since 1975, LEA has provided consulting services in civil and site engineering
to many municipal, industrial and private clients. Our staff is experienced in working
directly with the owners and developers of a project, its primary architects, technical
support team and the applicable land-use boards and commissions. We support our clients
in dealing with a wide variety of projects involving roadway construction, site grading,
stormwater drainage, utility services and other types of work indigenous to civil and site
development projects. In addition, through our wholly owned subsidiary
Loureiro Contractors, Inc. (LCI) we can also provide full construction or design/build services.
